This policy explains what personal information Genuine Reserve LLC (“Zamba”, “we”, “us”) collects through zamba.life, how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Contact and shipping details: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
- Order details: what you ordered, the quantity, the amount, your order number and whether the payment was confirmed.
- Technical details sent with the order: your IP address, the type of device (iPhone, Android or computer), and your browser's language setting and user-agent string. The payment provider requires these to process and screen the payment, and we use your IP address to limit repeated order attempts.
We never see your card or wallet details. You pay on a checkout page hosted by our payment provider using Apple Pay or Google Pay. We receive only the result: whether the payment succeeded, an invoice number and the wallet type.
When you email us
Your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you browse the site
Like most websites, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) log basic request information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media trackers.
How we use it
- To take payment for, pack and ship your order, and to send order emails such as your confirmation.
- To answer your messages and handle returns, refunds and delivery problems.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the checkout.
- To keep the business records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not send marketing email. If we ever do, it will only be to people who have asked for it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Our payment service provider (veseksPay) and the card and wallet networks it works with, to process your payment. They receive your order number, the items and amount, your email, phone and shipping address, and the technical details listed above.
- Resend, which delivers our order emails.
- Cloudflare, which provides our network, DNS and security services.
- Our hosting providers, whose servers run this site and store order records.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and, where needed, your phone number to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you start a payment, the checkout saves your order number and the
quantity you ordered in your browser's session storage (zamba-last-order, zamba-last-qty) so the
order status page can find your order and, if a payment fails, start a new one with the same quantity. They stay in
your browser and are cleared when you close the tab. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. The hosted payment page is
run by the payment provider under its own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, handle returns and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. We keep email correspondence for up to 3 years. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Some records, such as completed orders, we may have to keep for legal reasons. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify the request against the email used for the order and reply within the time the law requires.
Children
zamba.life is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Orders must be placed by adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and location
The site is served over HTTPS, payment details are handled only by the payment provider, and access to order records is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
