These terms apply when you use zamba.life (the “Site”) or buy from us. The Site is operated by Genuine Reserve LLC (“Zamba”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their ingredients, size and burn time. Burn time and scent depend on the room, airflow and holder, and because the incense is made from plant materials, color and scent may vary slightly from box to box. If a product is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Returns & refunds policy.
3. Safe use
Incense is lit with a flame and gives off smoke. Follow the instructions and warnings on the package and on the product page: never leave burning incense unattended, keep it away from flammable materials, children and pets, and use it in a ventilated room. It is for indoor aromatic use only and is not for ingestion. You are responsible for using the product safely.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page hosted by our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once the payment provider confirms your payment, and we will email you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to; if we do, we will refund you in full. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already confirmed.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies are part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Zamba name and marks, the Returning Still name, and the text, images and design of this Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
7. Using the Site
Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation, including by placing fake or automated orders.
8. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms and our policies, and to the extent the law allows, the Site and our products are provided “as is”, without other warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which Genuine Reserve LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You and we each waive any right to a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.
